Volex plc AGM Concludes with Full Approval

Volex plc (GB:VLX) has released an update.

Volex plc, a global manufacturer of integrated manufacturing services and power products, successfully held its AGM where all proposed resolutions were passed with high approval ratings, including the election and re-election of directors, the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors, and the authorization for the company to purchase its own shares. The resolutions, subject to shareholder votes, ranged from ordinary to special resolutions, with the latter requiring at least a 75% majority to pass.
