Volex plc has announced that its Executive Chairman, Nat Rothschild, has received 107,813 shares valued at 354.50 pence each as part of his annual bonus for FY2024. These shares were issued from the company’s employee benefit trust and have increased Rothschild’s stake to approximately 25.68% of Volex’s issued share capital.
