Volex plc has announced that its Executive Chairman, Nat Rothschild, is slated to join the board of Tennor Holding B.V. as Chairman. Despite this new appointment, Rothschild has reaffirmed his dedication to Volex, expressing enthusiasm for the company’s future and commitment to a five-year growth plan based on recent strong performance.
