Volcano Spring International Holdings Limited has announced changes to its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), including the deletion of a proposed resolution for re-election of a director and the addition of three new resolutions for the re-election of other directors. Shareholders have been provided with a revised proxy form to reflect these updates and are advised on how previously submitted proxy forms will be treated. The AGM will proceed with the consideration of these new resolutions, following the resignation of an independent non-executive Director.
