Volcano Spring Completes Major Share Placement

Miji International Holdings Limited (HK:1715) has released an update.

Volcano Spring International Holdings Limited has successfully completed the placement of 42,310,000 new shares, raising approximately HK$21 million for the company. The placement, which now makes Mr. Zhao Jie a substantial shareholder, is aimed at repaying the Group’s borrowings and boosting its general working capital. Mr. Zhao, an entrepreneur with a solid background in financial management, holds about 21.86% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital post-completion.
