Volatus Capital Corp. has announced that they are working to rectify a delay in filing their annual financial documents and expect to meet their obligations by July 29, 2024. The company is under a Management Cease Trade Order, which restricts certain executives from trading its shares until the paperwork is filed. However, this does not impact other shareholders’ ability to trade.
