Volatus Capital Corp. has announced that due to a delay in filing its annual financial statements and other related documents, a management cease trade order (MCTO) has been enforced, prohibiting company insiders from trading its shares. The company expects to complete the necessary filings by July 29, 2024, and will issue bi-weekly status reports in the interim. The MCTO does not impact the ability of other shareholders to trade shares, and there are no other material changes or defaults reported.
