Volatus Capital Corp. has reported a delay in its annual financial filings and has obtained a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) to prevent company executives from trading its shares until the filings are completed, expected by July 29, 2024. The company is working with its auditor to meet the requirements and will continue to provide bi-weekly updates as per regulatory guidelines.
