Volati AB ( (SE:VOLO) ) has issued an announcement.
Volati-owned Salix Group, which is planned to be distributed from Volati and listed as an independent company on Nasdaq Stockholm in mid-June 2026, will host a Capital Markets Day in Stockholm on 29 May 2026. The event, led by CEO Martin Hansson and the management team, will give investors, analysts and media a detailed review of Salix Group’s business areas, priority customer segments, strategic direction, and financial profile and targets as a standalone listed company.
The Capital Markets Day, including management presentations, Q&A and networking, is designed to deepen market understanding of Salix Group ahead of its separate listing and to support investor evaluation of the business. Further information on the planned distribution and listing, including key dates and an information brochure, is being made available via Volati’s and Salix Group’s investor webpages, underscoring the group’s ongoing portfolio reshaping and the strategic importance of Salix Group’s spin-off for stakeholders.
