Volati AB ( (SE:VOLO) ) just unveiled an update.
Volati AB is reorganising its reporting structure to reflect the growing independence of its platform companies, which operate across labelling, communication, climate control, concrete and infrastructure, and agricultural handling solutions. The group will continue to centre its strategy on a platform-based operating model, with each business area led by its own CEO and represented in Group Management to strengthen accountability.
The company will replace its previous Industry business area with separate segments for Communication, Corroventa, S:t Eriks Group and Tornum Group, while Ettiketto Group remains a stand-alone business area. From the first-quarter 2026 interim report, Salix Group will be reported as discontinued operations, and the new structure is intended to improve financial disclosure, increase visibility for stakeholders and provide a clearer view of each platform’s performance.
