Voicecomm Technology has fully redeemed its subscriptions in Prudent Wealth Global Fund SPC and Vanguard Fund SPC, both Cayman Islands segregated portfolio companies, between March 2 and May 8, 2026, receiving aggregate proceeds of about HKD259 million. Following this redemption, the group no longer holds any interest in these funds, realizing preliminary gains of HKD9.5 million from each fund, subject to audit.
The company plans to channel approximately RMB169.2 million of the redeemed proceeds, representing unutilized global offering funds, into projects and uses outlined in its prospectus, with interim placement in short-term interest-bearing accounts. The remaining RMB57.3 million will be allocated as general working capital, indicating a shift of financial resources from offshore fund investments back into supporting core business development and operational liquidity.
