An announcement from Vodafone ( (GB:VOD) ) is now available.
Vodafone reported an 8% rise in total revenue to €40.5 billion for FY26, driven by strong service revenue growth, the consolidation of Three UK and robust performances in Africa and Türkiye, offset partly by currency effects. Service revenue grew 8.8% to €33.5 billion, with double-digit gains in Africa and digital services, modest growth in the UK and other European markets, and a marginal decline in Germany that turned positive by the fourth quarter.
Adjusted EBITDAaL increased 3.8% to €11.4 billion (4.5% on an organic basis), while operating profit rebounded to €2.8 billion from a loss the previous year, and the group delivered adjusted EBITDAaL and free cash flow at the top end of guidance. The company continued shareholder payouts, completing a €2 billion buyback programme and lifting its dividend, as it enters a “new chapter” built around a simpler operating model, a reset balance sheet and a strategy centred on customer experience, cost efficiency and mid-term free cash flow growth.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:VOD) stock is a Sell with a £95.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Vodafone stock, see the GB:VOD Stock Forecast page.
