Vodafone Group Plc has purchased 4,832,057 of its own ordinary shares as part of a buyback program announced on 07 August 2024, to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the company now holds over 2 billion shares in treasury with a total of over 26 billion shares in issue. The shares were bought through Goldman Sachs International with prices ranging between 76.40 and 77.00 pence per share.
