Vodafone Group Plc has purchased 994,059 of its own shares through a trading programme with Goldman Sachs International, at prices ranging from 77.48 to 78.04 pence per share. Following this buyback on September 18, 2024, Vodafone is holding over 2 billion shares in treasury, out of more than 26 billion issued shares. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange with a volume-weighted average price of 77.74 pence.
