Vodafone Group Plc has recently repurchased 5 million of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 75.48 to 76.78 pence per share, with the intent to hold these shares in treasury. This move follows a previously announced share buyback program and leaves the company with over 2 billion shares in treasury, while the total shares in issue excluding treasury shares stands at approximately 26 billion.
