Vodafone Group Plc has repurchased 17,207,500 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 74.78 to 75.66 pence per share, with the transaction conducted by Goldman Sachs International. The shares will be held in treasury, and following the buyback, Vodafone’s treasury shares total 1,943,875,758, with an overall 26,264,069,059 ordinary shares in issue excluding those in treasury.
