Vodafone Buys Back 1 Million Shares in Strategic Move

Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.

Vodafone Group Plc has repurchased 1 million of its own shares, priced between 74.40 and 75.34 pence, from Goldman Sachs International. The stock buyback is part of a program initiated in August and aims to bolster Vodafone’s treasury holdings, now comprising over 2 billion shares. This move reflects a strategic effort to manage the company’s capital structure and potentially enhance shareholder value.
