Vmoto Limited has announced a new issue of fully paid ordinary shares, totaling 1,879,309, to be quoted on the ASX following approval at their recent Annual General Meeting. The shares are issued to directors as a non-cash payment for their fees. The application for quotation was made on May 30, 2024.
