Vmoto Limited Director’s Interest Update

Vmoto Limited (AU:VMT) has released an update.

Vmoto Limited has announced a change in the interests of its director, Yiting (Charles) Chen, who has seen a reduction in his performance rights holdings. The lapse of 1,372,346 performance rights was due to unmet vesting conditions. This adjustment leaves Mr. Chen with 6,973,539 performance rights, while his shareholding remains unchanged.
