Vizsla Silver Corp. Shareholders Elect New Directors

Vizsla Silver (TSE:VZLA) has released an update.

During Vizsla Silver Corp.’s annual general meeting on October 3, 2024, shareholders voted to set the number of directors to seven and successfully elected the proposed nominees, with individual support ranging from 80.29% to 99.86%. The assembly also appointed MNP LLP as the company’s auditor for the following year, alongside authorizing the Omnibus Equity Incentive Compensation Plan with 72.66% in favor.
