Vizsla Copper Corp. has upscaled its private placement to C$4.5 million due to strong investor interest, offering units and flow-through units at C$0.11 and C$0.12 respectively. The proceeds from the offering, which includes common shares and warrants, will support the company’s working capital and fund exploration expenses in British Columbia. The offering, managed by Red Cloud Securities Inc., is set to close by June 19, 2024, pending necessary approvals.
