Vizsla Copper Expands Private Placement Goal

Vizsla Copper Corp (TSE:VCU) has released an update.

Vizsla Copper Corp. has raised its non-brokered private placement target from $1.5 million to $2.5 million to fund further exploration and general capital needs. The offering includes over 38 million units, each comprising a share and a purchase warrant, with the closing expected around April 4, 2024. The increase aims to capitalize on investor interest and will also be available to current shareholders under specific conditions.
