VivoPower Sells Kenshaw, Sharpens Focus

VivoPower International (VVPR) has released an update.

VivoPower International PLC has successfully completed the divestment of its subsidiary Kenshaw Electrical to ARA Group Limited, aligning with its strategy to concentrate on its core high-growth businesses, such as Tembo. The sale, advised by STS Capital Partners, allows VivoPower to further its commitment to providing comprehensive decarbonization solutions and to progress towards net-zero carbon goals. VivoPower, a global sustainable energy solutions company, offers electric solutions for customised fleet applications and a range of related services.
