Nicola Wakefield Evans, a director at Viva Energy Group Ltd., has increased her stake in the company through an on-market acquisition of 10,000 ordinary shares at a total value of $34,300. This transaction, dated 15 May 2024, raises her total holdings to 56,500 shares. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, and the trade did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
