Viva China Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary Dragon Leap Consumables Limited, has proposed a scheme to privatize Bossini International Holdings Limited and delist its shares from the stock exchange. The proposal, deemed fair and reasonable by the Bossini Independent Financial Adviser, is supported by the Bossini Independent Board Committee, who recommend shareholders to vote in favor. This could be a strategic move to streamline Bossini’s operations under the new ownership structure.
