Vitreous Glass Awards Shares to Advisor Director

Vitreous Glass (TSE:VCI) has released an update.

Vitreous Glass Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has announced the grant of 15,000 deferred share units to an independent director for their advisory services. These units will vest after a year and can be exchanged for company shares or a cash equivalent when the director’s service ends.
