Vitreous Glass Inc. has declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, scheduled for payment on May 15, 2024, to shareholders on record by May 1, 2024. The company expresses hope to maintain regular dividend payments in the future, subject to business performance. This dividend is also recognized as an ‘eligible dividend’ for tax purposes.
