Vitreous Glass Inc. has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lance Mierendorf, who brings extensive experience to the role from previous CFO positions in small and medium-sized public companies. The outgoing CFO, Timothy Rendell, is retiring after a 12-year tenure but will assist during the transition period.
