Vitasoy Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Vitasoy International Holdings (HK:0345) has released an update.

Vitasoy International Holdings Limited announced that all resolutions proposed at their Annual General Meeting on August 19th, 2024, were approved by shareholders. Key resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements, approval of a final dividend, re-election of board members, and authorization of share issuance and buy-back mandates. The vote, conducted by poll, reflected strong shareholder support with more than 50% favoring each resolution.
