TipRanks Cyber Monday Sale

Vitasoy International Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based company specializing in the manufacture and sale of food and beverages, with a focus on plant-based products. The company operates in various regions including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Vitasoy’s latest earnings report for the six months ending September 30, 2025, reveals a 6% decline in revenue primarily due to challenges in the Chinese Mainland market. Despite this, the company managed a slight increase in profit attributable to equity shareholders, highlighting resilience amidst market pressures.

The company’s revenue fell to HK$3,227 million, with a gross profit of HK$1,648 million, reflecting a decrease in both metrics compared to the previous year. The decline was attributed to softer market conditions in the Chinese Mainland and increased trade promotional expenses. However, Vitasoy’s operations in Australia and New Zealand showed strong revenue growth, and the Singapore tofu business gained momentum.

Looking ahead, Vitasoy remains focused on scaling up its operations and enhancing its market presence across its core geographies. The company aims to strengthen its capabilities in the Chinese Mainland and drive product innovation in Hong Kong, while continuing to improve operational efficiency in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
