Vitasoy International Holdings Limited has announced the grant of 5,244,000 share options and 3,113,783 restricted share units to selected participants as a recognition of their past performance, with no further performance targets required for vesting. These grants, made under the company’s 2022 and 2021 share schemes, are part of an incentive plan to retain and motivate key employees, aligning their interests with the company’s long-term success. The options, offered at an exercise price of HK$6.352 and subject to a four-year vesting period, strengthen Vitasoy’s competitive compensation strategy.
