CE Brands ( (TSE:VITA) ) has provided an update.

Vitalist Inc. has secured eligibility for electronic clearing and settlement of its common shares in the United States through the Depository Trust Company and has also been approved for FAST status. The company’s stock, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange as VITA and on the OTCQB as VTLSF, is expected to benefit from simplified trading, reduced transaction costs, and improved access for a broader range of U.S. brokerage firms, potentially enhancing liquidity and market visibility.

By allowing Vitalist’s transfer agent to hold shares in electronic form and enabling immediate transfers between DTC and the transfer agent, FAST eligibility removes the need for physical share certificates. Taken together, these designations support faster settlement for investors and brokers and strengthen Vitalist’s positioning in U.S. capital markets at a time when digital trading infrastructure is increasingly critical for smaller, growth-focused technology issuers.
