Vital Metals Ltd is bolstering its board with the appointment of Zane Lewis, a seasoned corporate advisor with over 25 years of experience in finance and M&A, who has previously served as an Executive Director for the company. Lewis, who is also involved with several other ASX-listed companies, re-joins the Vital Metals team during a pivotal phase in the development of their Nechalacho Rare Earths Project in Canada, following recent management changes. The company also acknowledges Paul Quirk’s contributions as he steps down to facilitate this new appointment.
