Vital Metals Limited has announced the departure of director James Henderson, effective 8 May 2024. Henderson had no registered securities at the time of his departure, but he was associated with significant interests in the company, including over 98 million fully paid ordinary shares and 60 million unquoted options through Transocean Private Investments Pty Ltd and Jalonex Investments Pty Ltd. These options have varying exercise prices and all expire on 22 October 2024.
