Vital Metals Announces Director’s Departure

Vital Metals Ltd (AU:VML) has released an update.

Vital Metals Limited has issued a final director’s interest notice announcing the cessation of Geordie Mark as a director on July 15, 2024. Mark was the registered holder of 15 million fully paid ordinary shares and had an interest in 60 million unlisted options with an expiry in December 2027, which are lapsing as vesting conditions are not met. No further interests in securities or contracts held by the director were reported.
