VITAL KSK HOLDINGS, INC. has completed a share repurchase program, buying back 110,200 common shares for a total cost of 134,710,295 yen within the month of September 2024. This move is part of a larger buy-back plan approved by the Board of Directors, which allows for the repurchase of up to 2 million shares or 3.98% of outstanding shares, with a maximum expenditure of 3 billion yen by March 2025. To date, the company has repurchased 1,300,900 shares for 1,644,208,362 yen under this scheme.
