At the recent Annual General Meeting, Vital Innovations Holdings Limited shareholders overwhelmingly approved all resolutions except for the proposal to grant a general mandate for issuing additional shares, with more than 77% voting against it. Key approvals included the adoption of the audited financial statements, the re-election of executive and independent directors, and the re-appointment of Confucius International CPA Limited as the auditors.
