Vita Resources has begun mobilising a drilling contractor for its maiden auger drilling program at the Ninnis Gold Project in Western Australia, with work scheduled to start in March 2026. The campaign will comprise about 1,200 auger holes designed to refine and infill previous wide-spaced gold-in-soil anomalies identified by the project’s former owner.
The program will focus on two sub-parallel fault zones and other key structural targets, including extensions of banded iron formations and areas over the Wiluna Hardpan that have yielded encouraging gold results. By testing a geological setting analogous to several major nearby gold discoveries, the company aims to materially advance understanding of Ninnis’ gold potential, which could enhance its exploration pipeline and regional positioning if significant anomalies are confirmed.
