Vistry Group PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 21,850 of its Ordinary Shares under its share buyback program, which was executed through Numis Securities Limited. Following this transaction, the total number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 334,242,362, with 333,634,726 of them carrying voting rights. This action is part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to optimize shareholder value.
