Vistry Group PLC has actively executed its share buyback program, purchasing 157,000 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 1267.00 to 1285.00 GBp per share, with the total number of shares in issue now standing at 341,236,333. Following the cancellation of the bought shares, the total voting rights in the company will be 340,498,322. The program, managed by Numis Securities Limited, is part of Vistry Group’s effort to return value to shareholders.
