Vista Energy Executes Share Repurchase Plan

Vista Oil & Gas (VIST) has released an update.

Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. has announced the repurchase of 50,000 of its Series A shares at a cost of approximately 39.13 million Mexican Pesos, following the authorization from its April 2023 shareholders’ meeting. The repurchase, executed by Citibanamex Casa de Bolsa, reduces the outstanding Series A shares to 97,090,833 and increases treasury-held shares to 1,690,193. This strategic move reflects the company’s commitment to managing its share capital effectively.
