Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV (VIST) has released an update.
Vista Energy S.A.B. de C.V. has announced the repurchase of 35,000 of its Series A shares for approximately 33.1 million Mexican Pesos, following a shareholder meeting decision. After the transaction, the number of outstanding Series A shares is 95,480,885 with an additional 3,300,141 shares held as treasury stock. The repurchase was executed by Citibanamex Casa de Bolsa, as part of the company’s ongoing stock buyback initiative.
