Vista Energy Executes Series A Share Buyback

Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV (VIST) has released an update.

Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. has announced the repurchase of 130,000 of its Series A shares at a price of $861.69 MXN each, following the authorization from its ordinary shareholders’ meeting on August 6, 2024. The total cost of the buyback, excluding taxes and fees, amounted to approximately $112 million MXN. This transaction has left 96,035,885 Series A shares outstanding, and Vista now holds 2,745,141 Series A shares in its treasury.
