Vista Energy Executes Major Share Buyback

Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV (VIST) has released an update.

Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. recently repurchased 40,000 of its Series A shares for approximately 37.24 million Mexican Pesos, following authorization from its general ordinary shareholders’ meeting. This buyback has adjusted the total outstanding Series A shares to 95,625,885, with the repurchased shares held in Treasury. The transaction was executed by Citibanamex Casa de Bolsa, part of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex.
