Vista Energy Buyback Reduces Outstanding Shares

Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV (VIST) has released an update.

Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. has recently repurchased 40,000 of its Series A shares at a price of approximately $950.78 MXN each, totaling an investment of around $38,031,200 MXN, excluding taxes and fees. Following the repurchase, 95,585,885 Series A shares remain outstanding with 3,195,141 held in Treasury. The repurchase, executed by Citibanamex, aligns with the authorization from their August 6th shareholders’ meeting.
