Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. has announced the buyback of 60,000 Series A shares at a price of approximately MXN 933.80 each, amounting to a total purchase of around MXN 56 million. Following the repurchase, the company reports having 95,725,885 Series A shares outstanding and 3,055,141 shares in Treasury. The transaction was conducted with the assistance of Citibanamex Casa de Bolsa as part of a shareholder-approved buyback plan.
