VisionWave Holdings ( (VWAV) ) has issued an announcement.

On March 30, 2026, VisionWave Holdings issued a corporate update outlining its evolution into an integrated multi-domain intelligence platform that unifies RF-based sensing, artificial intelligence, computational acceleration, autonomous systems, and proposed subsurface intelligence capabilities. Since becoming publicly traded, the company has moved beyond traditional defense systems toward a unified architecture designed to support intelligence and operational functions across air, land, and subsurface environments, underpinned by its QuantumSpeed and QSpeed computing technologies.

The update highlighted activation of an RF sensing layer across its platform, supported by completion of the first stage of a strategic transaction with SaverOne that advances counter-drone and infrastructure monitoring applications. VisionWave stressed that these technologies remain at the research and evaluation stage, and there is no assurance that they will be successfully developed or commercialized, signaling both technological ambition and execution risk for stakeholders.

VisionWave also detailed expansion into energy and subsurface intelligence following steps toward potential participation in offshore exploration Blocks LB-4 and LB-5 in Liberia and completion of internal research on RF-based subsurface sensing architectures. Management framed this as a long-term opportunity to extend its advanced sensing and computational capabilities into energy exploration and geological analysis, potentially diversifying the company’s end markets beyond core defense and security customers.

On the transactional front, the company reported completion of Stage 1 of its SaverOne deal, initial alignment with the largest creditor of C.M. Composite Materials to support a proposed controlling-stake acquisition, and SolarDrone’s purchase of a controlling interest in Junko Solar. These moves are intended to deepen VisionWave’s RF sensing, defense manufacturing, and energy-related infrastructure capabilities, although several initiatives remain subject to regulatory and execution uncertainties.

The update further described global expansion efforts, including exploratory technology presentations to senior government officials in Latin America and ongoing initiatives in India, Europe, and the Middle East, which so far have not yielded binding agreements or purchase orders. VisionWave also established an Israeli subsidiary with a local leadership team to strengthen its position in key defense ecosystems and enhance access to regional technology development and strategic partnerships, underscoring its bid to become a globally integrated defense and energy intelligence player.
