VisionWave Holdings ( (VWAV) ) has provided an update.

On April 23, 2026, VisionWave reported a string of corporate milestones since March 30 that collectively deepen its technology stack and move it from demonstration into initial commercialization. The update highlighted a non‑provisional U.S. patent filing on April 20 for an AI‑assisted multi‑modal RF fire control system and the company’s first commercial homeland security order, a signed April 2 purchase order from a Latin American public safety organization for drone‑based systems and integrated payloads, marking its first revenue-generating deployment.

VisionWave also completed on April 10 the acquisition of the xClibre AI video intelligence IP portfolio, valued at about $60 million, paying in stock and a promissory note to add behavioral analytics, real‑time alerting and edge‑first video capabilities to its RF‑centric platform. In parallel, it signed on April 21 a non‑binding term sheet to acquire up to 51% of Foresight Autonomous via equity, a move that would add stereo and thermal computer vision to its stack and give VisionWave board representation while both companies remain independently listed.

These transactions build toward a four‑layer sensing architecture unifying RF sensing, computer vision, AI video intelligence and autonomous platforms into a solutions platform rather than a single‑sensor business. The company underscored this strategic evolution with additional corporate steps, including appointing independent director Shayna Quinn to its board on April 16, filing an S‑1 registration statement tied to earlier transactions and financing, and presenting to more than 580 investors at an April 2 Emerging Growth Conference, collectively reinforcing its capital markets profile and governance as it scales.

More about VisionWave Holdings

VisionWave Holdings, Inc. is a defense and advanced sensing technology company developing an integrated multi-domain intelligence platform spanning autonomous systems, RF-based sensing, artificial intelligence infrastructure, visual perception and computational acceleration. The Nasdaq-listed group focuses on security and public safety applications, positioning its RF, computer vision and AI video analytics stack for defense, homeland security and critical infrastructure markets.

The company’s architecture is built as a four-layer sensing stack that combines wide-area RF detection, stereo and thermal computer vision, AI-driven video intelligence and autonomous platforms such as counter‑UAS drones and unmanned ground vehicles. This design aims to cut false positives and compress the time from threat detection to decision and response, using an intelligence layer that fuses inputs from multiple sensor modalities into actionable commands.
