Visionstate Corp. has launched a $600,000 non-brokered private placement to fund the development and market expansion of its IoT solutions, including participation in the upcoming ISSA 2024 ‘Beyond Clean’ conference. The financing offers units at an attractive price, with each unit including a share and a warrant, under certain conditions and approvals. The capital raised is aimed at fostering product innovation and enhancing the company’s market presence.
