Visionflex Group Limited has announced the successful completion of its entitlement offer with substantial participation from its leadership, raising a total of $7.08 million. The capital raised will primarily be used to repay most of the company’s outstanding debt, bolster its sales and product development teams, and provide additional working capital to fuel growth. Despite a shortfall, the offer was fully underwritten by Henslow Pty Ltd, with the remaining shares to be placed with sophisticated investors.
